User Data Collection and Collection

Ecofrenbag collects User data with the aim to process User transactions, manage and expedite the process of using the Site, as well as other purposes as long as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The User data collected is as follows:

1. Data submitted independently by the User, including but not limited to data submitted when the User:

   1. Create or renew an Ecofrebag account, including a username, email address, telephone number, password, address, photo, and so on;

   2. Contact Ecofrenbag, including through customer service;

   3. Fill out the survey sent by Ecofrenbag or on behalf of Ecofrenbag;

   4. Interacting with other Users through messaging features, product discussions, reviews, ratings, Resolution Centers and so on;

   5. Use services on the Site, including detailed transaction data, including the type, amount and/or description of the product or service purchased, shipping address, payment channel used, number of transactions, transaction date and time, and other transaction details;

   6. Fill payment data when the User conducts payment transaction activities through the Site, including but not limited to bank account data, credit cards, virtual accounts, instant payments, internet banking, retail outlets; and/or

   7. Use features that require permission to access the User's device.

2. Data recorded at the time the User uses the Site, including but not limited to:

   1. Real or approximate location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and so on;

   2. Data in the form of time of each User activity, including registration, login, transaction, and so on;

   3. User usage data or preferences, including User interaction in using the Site, saved options, and selected settings. The data is obtained using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers;

   4. Device data, including types of devices, used to access the Site, including hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, IMEI numbers, file names and versions, language options, unique device identifiers, ad identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or cellular network information;

   5. Datalog (log), including records on the server that received data such as the device IP address, date and time of access, application features or pages viewed, application work processes and other system activities, browser types, and/or third-party sites or services that You use before interacting with the Site.

3. Data obtained from other sources, including:

   1. Ecofrenbag business partners who assist Ecofrenbag in developing and presenting services on the Site to Users include payment service provider partners, logistics or couriers, site infrastructure, and other partners.

   2. Ecofrenbag business partners where users create or access Ecofrenbag accounts, such as social media services, or sites/applications that use the Ecofenbag API or which are used by Ecofrenbag;

   3. Financial service providers, including but not limited to credit rating agencies or blue or Credit Information Management Institutions (LPIP);

   4. The financial service provider;

   5. Marketing service provider;

   6. Publicly available sources.

Ecofrenbag can combine data obtained from these sources with other data it has.

Data Usage

Ecofrenbag can use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users as mentioned in the previous section for the following matters:

1. 1. Process all forms of requests, activities, and transactions conducted by Users through the Site, including for the purpose of sending products to Users.

   2. Provision of features to provide, realize, maintain, and improve our products and services, including:

      1. Offering, obtaining, providing, or facilitating marketplace services, insurance, financing, loans, and other products through the Site;

      2. Allows features to personalize Ecofrenbag User accounts, such as Wishlist and Favorite Stores; and/or

      3. Conduct internal activities that are needed to provide services on the Ecofrenbag site, such as solving software problems, bugs, operational problems, conducting data analysis, testing, and research, and to monitor and analyze trends in usage and activities.

   3. Helping Users when communicating with Ecofrenbag Customer Service, including to:

      1. Check and resolve User problems;

      2. Direct User questions to the appropriate Customer Service officer to resolve the problem; and

      3. Oversee and improve Ecofrenbag Customer Service responses.

   4. Contacting Users via email, letter, telephone, fax, etc., including but not limited, to assist and/or complete the transaction process or the process of resolving the constraints.

   5. Use information obtained from Users for research, analysis, product development, and testing purposes to improve the security and security of services on the Site, and to develop new features and products.

   6. Inform users about products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, the latest developments, events, and others, both through the Site and through other media. Ecofrenbag can also use this information to promote and process contests and sweepstakes, give prizes, and present relevant advertisements and content about the services of Ecofrenbag and its business partners.

   7. Monitoring or investigating suspicious transactions or indicated transactions containing elements of fraud or violation of the Terms and Conditions or applicable legal provisions, as well as taking necessary actions as a follow-up to the results of monitoring or investigating the transaction.

   8. In certain circumstances, Ecofrenbag may need to use or disclose User data for law enforcement purposes or to fulfill applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including in the case of a dispute or legal process between the User and Ecofrenbag.

Disclosure of User's Personal Data

Ecofrenbag guarantees that there is no sale, transfer, distribution, or loan of your personal data to other third parties, without your permission, except in the following cases:

1. It requires disclosure of User data to partners or other third parties who assist Ecofrenbag in presenting services on the Site and processing all forms of user activity on the Site, including processing transactions, verifying payments, shipping products, and others.

2. Ecofrenbag can provide relevant information to business partners in accordance with the User's agreement to use business partner services, including applications or other sites that have integrated APIs or services, or business partners to which Ecofrenbag has collaborated to deliver promotions, contests, or services that devoted

3. There is a need for communication between Ecofrenbag's business partners (such as logistic providers, payments, etc.) with the User in terms of solving obstacles or other matters.

4. Ecofrenbag can provide relevant information to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, or similar service providers.

5. Users contact Ecofrenbag through public media such as blogs, social media, and certain features on the Site, communication between Users and Ecofrenbag may be viewable publicly.

6. Ecofrenbag can share User information with its subsidiaries and affiliates to help provide services or perform data processing for and on behalf of Ecofrenbag.

7. Ecofrenbag can share User data or information needed for creditworthiness with credit rating agencies or bureaus or Credit Information Management Institutions (LPIP).

8. Ecofrenbag discloses User data in an effort to comply with legal obligations and/or the existence of legitimate requests from law enforcement officials.

Cookies

1. Cookies are small files that automatically take place in the User's device that performs the function of storing User preferences and configurations while visiting a site.

2. These cookies are not intended to be used when accessing other data that the User has on the User's computer device, other than what the User has agreed to submit.

3. Although automatically the User's computer device will accept cookies, the User can make the choice to make modifications through the User's browser settings by choosing to reject cookies (this option can limit the optimal service when accessing the Site).

4. Ecofrenbag uses Google Analytics Demographics and Interest features. The data we obtain from these features, such as age, gender, user interests, and others, will be used for the development of the Site and Ecofrenbag content. If you don't want your data to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics Add-On Browser Opt-Out.

5. Ecofrenbag can use features provided by third parties in order to improve the services and content of Ecofrenbag, including adjusting and presenting advertisements to each User based on interest or visit history. If you don't want your ad to be displayed based on these adjustments, then you can set it through a browser.

User Choice and Transparency​

1. After a sale and purchase transaction through a successful marketplace, both Seller and Buyer have the opportunity to provide an assessment and review of each other. This information may be publicly viewable with the consent of the User.

2. Users can access and change the information in the form of an e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, address list, payment method, and bank account through the Settings feature on the Site.

3. Users can withdraw from information or notifications in the form of bulletins, reviews, product discussions, private messages, or personal messages from the Admin sent by Ecofrenbag through the Settings feature on the Site. Ecofrenbag can still send messages or emails in the form of transaction information or information related to the User's account.

4. To the extent permitted by applicable conditions, Users can contact Ecofrenbag to withdraw approval from the acquisition, collection, storage, management, and use of User data. If so, the User understands the consequences that the User cannot use the Site or other Ecofrenbag services.

Retention and Deletion of Information

Ecofrenbag will store information as long as the User's account remains active and can carry out deletion in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Ecofrenbag may change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Ecofrenbag recommends that Users read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page from time to time to find out any changes. By continuing to access and use the Site and other Ecofrenbag services, the User is deemed to have agreed to changes in the Privacy Policy.
